1. Payment Terms

2. Order Confirmation

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Delivery of digital services (e.g. content calendars, branding plans, consultations) will begin within 1–3 business days from confirmation.

  • For custom marketing plans or packages, the timeline will be agreed upon during onboarding.

4. Refund Policy

  • As we deal in digital and creative services, all purchases are non-refundable once the service has started.

  • If you cancel before work begins, a full refund is available minus processing fees.

5. Revisions

  • Most services include 1–2 rounds of revisions (unless otherwise specified in the package).

  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
