1. Payment Terms
All payments must be completed in full before any service begins.
Accepted payment methods include:

Note: Prices listed on our website are in USD (or specify EGP if needed), inclusive of any service charges unless stated otherwise.
2. Order Confirmation
After completing your checkout, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your order details.
If you do not receive confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact us at support@goblue.marketing.
3. Delivery Timeline
Delivery of digital services (e.g. content calendars, branding plans, consultations) will begin within 1–3 business days from confirmation.
For custom marketing plans or packages, the timeline will be agreed upon during onboarding.
4. Refund Policy
As we deal in digital and creative services, all purchases are non-refundable once the service has started.
If you cancel before work begins, a full refund is available minus processing fees.
5. Revisions
Most services include 1–2 rounds of revisions (unless otherwise specified in the package).
Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
